Store Location

Display your physical store details — address, opening hours, and contact information — alongside a large image, with expandable entries for up to three locations.

The Store Location section lets you display your physical store details like address, opening hours, and contact information alongside a large image. Customers can click on each store to expand its details. It is a clean, organised way to show one, two, or three store locations all on one page. On mobile, the locations are listed one below the other. On tablet and desktop, a large image appears on the right side next to the store details.

How to Edit the Store Location Section

Section Settings

  • Color Scheme: Choose a color scheme that matches the rest of your store design.
  • Section Heading: An optional title shown above the section — for example, "Find Us" or "Our Stores". Leave it blank if you do not want a heading.
  • Section Image: Upload one large image that appears on the right side of the section on tablet and desktop. This is usually a photo of your store, team, or location. If no image is uploaded, a placeholder is shown automatically.
  • Layout & Spacing: Adjust the padding and margin to control the space around the section. You only need to set the desktop value — the section automatically reduces spacing on smaller screens.

Location Blocks

Each Location Block is one store entry. You can add up to 3 location blocks. Click Add block in the theme editor to add a new store.

  • Location Title: The name of this store or location, shown as the clickable heading (e.g. "New York Store" or "London Branch"). Keep it short — it may get cut off on desktop if it is too long.
  • Opening Hours: Type your store hours here. Press Enter to start a new line for each day or time range (e.g. Mon–Fri: 9am–6pm / Sat: 10am–5pm / Sun: Closed).
  • Address: Your store's full address. Press Enter to put each line on a separate row.
  • Phone Number: Your store's phone number. On mobile, customers can tap it to call directly.
  • Email Address: Your store's email address. Customers can tap or click it to open their email app.

You do not need to fill in every field. Any field you leave blank is simply not shown to customers. At minimum, fill in the Location Title and at least one contact detail.

Feature Strip Blocks

Feature strips are small text callouts that appear below the store list. Use them to highlight a short, store-wide message.

Examples

  • Free Returns — Return any item within 30 days
  • Same-Day Pickup — Order before 2pm for same-day collection
  • Open 7 Days — We're here every day of the week

You can add up to 3 feature strips. Each one has a Title and a short Description. Keep both brief — long text gets cut off, especially on desktop.

Best Practices

Do

  • Upload a high-quality image that represents your store well — a storefront photo, interior shot, or team photo all work well.
  • Keep location titles short so they do not get cut off on desktop.
  • Write opening hours clearly with one time range per line.
  • Use the feature strips for store-wide benefits that apply to all your locations.
  • Fill in both phone and email for each location so customers have multiple ways to reach you.

Don't

  • Add more than 3 location blocks — the section is designed to display a maximum of 3 stores cleanly.
  • Write long feature strip titles — they will be cut off on desktop.
  • Leave the section image empty in a live store — the placeholder looks unfinished to customers.
  • Use feature strips for location-specific information — they appear the same across all stores.
